How to create an account on Seasy?

Creating an account on Seasy is simple and free. Click on the 'Register' button at the top of each page, provide the necessary details (you can use your email, Facebook, Google or Apple to create your account), and you're all set to sail the digital seas with Seasy!

How to delete your account on Seasy?

If you wish to delete your account, navigate to the 'Profile Settings' section on your profile. Choose the 'Delete Account' option and follow the prompts. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible and you'll lose all saved data and bookings.

How secure is your data?

Your security is our utmost priority. We employ state-of-the-art encryption techniques and work with reputable payment processor (Stripe) to ensure that your data is kept safe.

I applied for a refund, when will I receive it?

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Most refunds are completed within 7-10 business days. However, the exact timing can vary based on your bank's policies.

How do cancellations work?

Cancellation policies

Each marina has a cancellation policy. These policies dictate the terms and conditions under which a booking can be canceled and may result in full or partial refunds. The types of policies include (a) free cancellation (b) flexible cancellation (c) moderate cancellation (d) strict cancellation. The specific cancellation policy for each marina is clearly outlined during the booking process on Seasy and is also included in the confirmation email sent after a successful booking.
